Do I have to pay anything to participate?
No upfront payment is required. Photos are available for purchase via a digital download link sent to your email after the session. You choose what — if anything — to buy. No hidden fees, no mandatory packages.
Will photos be posted on social media or used in ads?
Not without your permission. By default, photos are delivered privately to you. The photographer may show them in a professional portfolio to other league clients, but not in public advertising. Paid ad use requires you to check the optional consent box on the release form — this is entirely your choice and doesn't affect your photos either way.
How long does the session take for my child?
Individual portrait sessions take 3–5 minutes per child. Your league coordinator will share a schedule in advance so you know when to have your athlete ready.

Can I request my child's photos be deleted?
Yes, at any time. Email issac@weareroyalrabbit.com with the subject 'Privacy Request' and include your child's name, your league name, and the season. We'll confirm deletion within 14 business days.
What if I'm not happy with the photos?
Contact us at issac@weareroyalrabbit.com. We're a small local business and you'll hear back from Sonny directly. We want every family to leave happy and will work with you to find a resolution.
How will I receive the photos?
We partner with PhotoDay for gallery delivery. You'll receive a secure gallery link where you can view, download, and order prints. Galleries are available while the session is active — after the gallery closes, re-download requests within 12 months of the session can be accommodated at no charge by emailing issac@weareroyalrabbit.com.
Is it safe for my child? Who will be present?
Sessions are held at your league's fields or facility during your regular team event — always in an open, public area. Parents and coaches are welcome and encouraged to be present. We follow best practices for child safeguarding and will never photograph a child in a private or secluded setting.
Does my child have to participate?
Participation is always voluntary. If you'd prefer your child not be photographed, let your league coordinator know in advance or tell the photographer on the day — your child will be respectfully excused, no questions asked.
